Funny how you ignore the lawsuit shows discrimination against white women (for just being white) who had less access to the same resources as the black women who got help...it's the entire point...that white women who are even worse off get no help, because they are racially discriminated against. BTW, helping women over men who are poorer and qualify ahead of them is also sexual discrimination. You either allow white-only funds, or you stop this crap...it's one or the other, hypocrites.

So Asian Americans have the same thing in their community. Latino Americans have the same thing in their community. Native Americans have the same thing in their community. But yet they want to target a group for black women by black women. I don’t think that it’s discriminatory for groups that have certain things in common to band together to help one another out, especially when you are in the minority in a country with such a rich racial history and biases that are systemic like the United States of America. We continuously have evidence that black and brown people are discriminated against in the financial sector of the United States of America. Let me take a huge guess there’s a white old conservative man behind this? @@protennis365What is challenging is there was a supreme court decision basically agreeing a business, based on their 1st amendment rights as a creative service, can legally discriminate. Compound that with the lawsuit that won the right to not use race, only merit for college admissions. However, the rule was put into place because they used race to prevent admission which I am sure they will do again. They will maintain legacy admissions with no provisions for qualified students who do not have access to resources due to lack of money. So given this precedent, I am confused as to how they can justify discrimination in this case but not the web designer or baker.

I doubt you understand business funding. If you have a viable business model, you can get a loan from the SBA. They even point you to non profit organizations to help you with your business plan if it's not done right. The issue is not lack of funding, but lack of information. You don't learn anything but hatred from sources who scream that everything is stacked against the black community and banks discriminate blacks, etc. If you just google how to setup your preferred business or search right here on youtube, you'd get all the answers without the BS racist angle. In fact, your first start should be your state's department of revenue's website. I got so many pointers from the NY department of state website alone, my head was spinning from information overload. From there, you can search the individual pieces of information. Just quit the racist conspiracy theory already.

It continues to amaze me how people like Blum and DeSantis who can trace their family starts in America through Ellis Island have such sway on the lives of people whose Black ancestors were here before America was even a country and the free labor from the same Black ancestors that made America what it was that led to an Ellis Island gateway in the first place for the rest of the world. And no one, especially the Dems have the sauce to point that out publicly and hammer that point home.

Blacks were not the first people In the Americas it was Indigenous Indians. Then the Spaniards came and brought with them African slaves. The island was named for Manhattan merchant Samuel Ellis, who owned it in the 1770s. In 1808 the state of New York sold the island to the federal government, and it was used as a fort and a powder magazine. It served as the nation’s major immigration station from 1892 to 1924, after which its role was reduced; during that period an estimated 12 million immigrants passed through Ellis Island, where they were processed by immigration authorities and obtained permission to enter the United States. A fire in 1897 razed the original wooden buildings, and all records were lost. The U.S. Treasury rebuilt the processing centre in fireproof materials, and in 1900 the new main building was opened.

I agree the goal and purpose of the Fearless Fund is Exemplary and they want to help anyone who may be oppressed because of their nationality or color. The company is no different then others in the sense that they are in business to make a profit, God bless America, the land of opportunity, if you don’t believe me think of the women in Afghanistan now. But we shouldn’t build business to helped the disenfranchise in such a way that it Divides us by color or nationality. That is the problem that we have in this country we are all human all of us matter we should care about each other. I also understand the nature of humanity that probably won’t ever happen. Everybody wants to call America the worst place in the world for people of “color” (this makes me laugh because every person has a color to their skin so why do we think we need to divide ourselves), This country is better then most and everyone who worked hard and persevered (not using race or gender to complain) over the past 50 years became successful and have a better quality of life as evidenced by this woman, who has started Fearless Fund….She is paying it forward.

There's a difference between discrimination and "focus" on helping people who constantly are left behind, falling in between the cracks. This suit is very hateful act without first cleaning up the discrimination that exists against even qualified black ppl in business loans, appraisals and property value discrimination, hiring discrimination which causes NGOs to pop up and create funding to help black ppl, asian pl, hispanic people. We all need to support this woman. That "Blum" man is betting on this going to the united states supreme court so he can completely amputate communities of color from helping others of their race get the funding they need as white men and women (no hate) disproportionately continue to hold the market access/eligibility to the entire whale's share and more of opportunities as so it was which brought affirmative Action into existence.
