Clearly this man was overstepping boundaries due to his own bias and arrogant ego … I’m sure he’s done it before and got away with it … what’s worse is the victim had to have people vouch for him after he was followed to his job as If his own word was not enough to vouch for himself… how dis-empowering 😕

@@thomasrodgers2291 so what you're really saying is you think this is perfectly justified and you condone this b******* really is that what you really saying I just want to get a better understanding of how your mind works because I am a security guard and I've been through issues like this and it makes absolutely no damn sense especially when I was not doing anything wrong and I'm simply trying to go to work so explain this in detail why the security guard was wrong I want to hear your explanation I'm pretty sure the world will too.
@thomasrodgers22912 жыл бұрын
@@LordRa777 - Well, your details contradict each other first off. You said "if I were a security guard" in your first post, then said "I am a security guard" in your second post, just might want to keep your facts straight. Second off, whether I condone this or not doesn't matter, it is the way it is and whether you or I agree or disagree with it, that's just how it works. It is common practice with many companies, and it is private property so they can do it, plain and simple. Doesn't matter if I agree or not...

Certain stores require to have in store security (not mall security) they are armed in suits normally, although they might have one in a suit and tie and another (decoy) in uniform................jewelry stores insurance companies requires at a minimum two types of alert alarms that are silent, armed guards, mobile alert buttons, etc...........

I live in Pgh where this happened. The ignorance runs through whole families and generations around here. It's good that he filmed the situation, so other people can recognize pettiness and evil. Meanwhile currently mall ownership wants stimulus money from the Gov't. because of covid. If criticizing or categorizing people in general, be mindful to start with yourself and not others. Godspeed!

Next thing u kno, he calls for backup, they all staring at me PISSED OFF lmaoooo. I walked to the register, my arms loaded with items. That mall security guard needs to be fired, the Ross Park mall human resources department needs to immediately clarify their rules and the law with regard to racial profiling, they need to immediately put their employees through racial diversity and inclusion classes, AND last but not least give a public apology to the Louis Vuitton security mall and post it to the public areas of the mall. That situation was ridiculous! And Ross Park should have a better response than "no comment"!
@hhasslinger96012 жыл бұрын
Do you realize that mall cops do this often with security guards? It's because the mall doesn't want private security guards walking around in the mall where people might think that they work there. If the security guard isn't in his designated area, and does something stupid, then some people might think that the mall has bad mall cops. It's all about policy and preventing lawsuits.
