Greetings heart, a question that is that everything must belong to the same Subnet, that is, the Hosts and the links must belong to the network so that there is adjacency I don't understand that part please

@networkkings sir,in 1:17:38 minutes you said routing table enters only best path.if we configured eigrp as well as rip than it will show only eigrp route but sir if we want to see all the routes (configured by RIP as well as eigrp ) both in a single command,is there any command to see this?

You cant see those routes, there is a routing table selection parameter. You can only see RIP Routes when EIGRP is not there.
