Oh man, that is some dang excellent work! I've played this song lots of times, but always wondering if I was doin it right...thank you for the lesson here, I learned a lot! I think I'll watch it again so I can get this song right!

Is that a Chinese copy of John's guitar, or did you recreate it yourself? I haven't compared it to photos but the Acme nameplate looks identical at least from my memory.

It’s a actual rickenbacker 325 /1996 then I had all the mods done to it. I’m very consistent about having made in USA guitars lol

It is very cool. Bought a Fireglow 350V63 last summer, I'm not sure if I could ever change anything. Maybe if I had two!

Is this in standard tuning or Drop D? I've learnt the lead parts of Proud Mary and Bad Moon Rising. This great and contagious song is the one I wanna try next!

You’ll find that a lot of CCR songs are played in D standard tuning, I don’t know of any in drop d but I could be wrong

This is 100% E standard John played drop D on very few songs like Ramble Tamble, Run Through the Jungle and I Heard it Through the Grapevine
