What if person is transferred from NE region travelling by air? Will it be 12 or 14? Air travel mandates max 12 days JT. Does the 2 additional days for NE region is over and above these 12 days making it 14 days? Or does it make total 12 days irrespective of NE region?

sir, maine 2012 me income tax office me join kiya tha 25/04/20212 ko MTS ke post par aur technical resignation dekar 30/12/2013 ko IBM nagpur me join kiya. Aaj 2023 chal raha par maine joining time 10 days abhi tak leave account me credit nahi karvaya to kya vah joinning time abhi credit karava sakate kya.

Sir ek question hai leave encashment ke baare me. Agar Exservicem bank me join karta hai to leave encashment kitne dino tak kara sakta hai? Jaise Exservicem agar central government job join karta hai to max = 300-old service leave encashment = days leave encashment kar sakta hai.

Sir Maine अनिवार्य ट्रांसफर में जिस स्कूल में ट्रांसफर हुआ था वहां आदेश के अनुसार 1 अगस्त 2022 को ज्वाइन कर लिया था परन्तु ज्वाइन करने के बाद में अपने पूर्व विद्यालय को ही हेड के पद में ही रहकर संचालित कर रही थी पर एक माह के बाद एक प्रतिष्तानी विद्यालय में आता है क्या में अपनी सास का मेडिकल लगा कर जो की पैरालाइज्ड है उसी स्कूल में व्यवस्था में बने रह सकती हूं

Respected sir, I want to ask that after approx one year of service i took technical resignation from GST(nort east region)nd joining INcometax. During this i took 11 days of Joining time. Since i was on probation and didn't have 3 yrs of continuous service although i was eligible for joining time but not dor joining time pay( as per joining time rule 1979. Sir, since i was not given any payment for 11 days as i was availing joining time period my current office is denying to verify service of that period from pay bill that is i relieved from gst on 5/12/22 took 11 days as joining time nd hoined incometax on 17/12/22.

I was transferred from Mumbai to outskirts of Mumbai with distance of around 100 kms with different municipality. I have applied for transfer TA and joining time. Now after a period of 5 months I have been again transferred to a farther place from the present place of posting which is around 40 kms with different municipality. I will again need to change my residence. So i would like to know whether I am eligible for transfer TA and joining time again at the new place of posting.

**Sir plz reply** 1. Do we need to sanction EL if we are unable to join within the joining time or it will automatically be deducted from the service book? If yes, who will sanction this? Previous or current dept? 2. I was relieved on 27th june A/N. Both the offices are in same station. 29th june was a gazetted holiday. I joined on 30th as dept was unwilling to give us joining due to obc provisional issue. I think joining time is 1 day for same station posting. Do i need EL in this scenario?

When a bachelor, who is not living with his family at the old place of posting, travels immediately to his new place of posting and joins the new post only availing two days joining time, then the remaining days of joining time will be credited to his earned leave account or not ?

सर् नमस्कार। मेरी भी एक समस्या है। मैंने 10 जून को नार्थ ईस्ट से releived किया था और मैंने 12 जून को ग़ाज़ियाबाद में जॉइन कर लिया था। दूरी 1000 km से ज्यादा है। चूंकि मैं केंद्रीय विद्यालय में अध्यापक हूँ इस दौरान kv में गर्मी की छुट्टिया रहती है। मुझे मिलने वाला joining टाइम मुझे न तो use करने दिया और न ही उसकी EL दी गई। ये कहा गया कि जब आपने वेकेशन में जॉइन किया तो आपको नही मिलेगी। तो क्या वेकेशन में जॉइन करने के कारण मुझे जोइनिंग टाइम नही मिलेगा? कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें। धन्यवाद

Joining time will be admissible if the transfer is in public interest, and will not be admissible if it is at own cost.

सर जी एक सवाल था मैंने केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन से तकनीकी त्याग पत्र दिया और उसके आधार पर मूझे शनिवार को अपराह्न(A/न) में मुझे कार्यमुक्त किया गया और शाम 3.30 पर मैं वहाँ से निकला और सोमवार को सुबह जाकर मैंने नये कार्यालय में कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया मेरे दोनों कार्यालय दिल्ली में ही है और दोनों के बीच लगभग 18 किमी का अंतर है लेकिन दोनों के जिले और मुनिसिपल एरिया अलग अलग है । तो क्या मेरी सर्विस में ब्रेक आएगा और मेरा पे प्रॉटेक्शन नही लगाया जाएगा । सर कृपा करके उचित मार्गदर्शन दीजिये
