I’m new to these anti MLM videos. I’m confused how or what the car thing is exactly. I assumed it was a company car, or that’s what we call it in the UK. A car you are given to travel for work related tasks only though.

@@TattooedLuna no, it's your new personal car. They tell you which car to get & it'll have a company (mlm) sticker on it. As long as you keep your rank then the mlm gives you a "bonus" monthly that pays the car payment. The car is in YOUR name, they pull YOUR credit, YOU sign for it & if you lose rank you are 100% responsible for the car payments yourself for the duration of the lease. And if it gets repo'd then on you credit report. Its like someone handing you a very expensive puppy & making you take care of it & paying for monthly vet bills lol

I got MLM’d yesterday... this lady tried to give me some samples. She said her daughter just signed up and she just wanted to help her get the word out. I really just felt so bad for this hopeful old lady who was supporting her daughter. I said thank you, but I don’t support MLMs. Tell your daughter to please be careful about this new venture. They take all your money. Not sure if she really understood but at least I planted the seed?

it’s actually amazing that some MLMers know about the income disclosure statements and still decide to stay and recruit other people. imagine applying for a job at urban outfitters or costco or something and they tell you 99% of the employees don’t make money or turn a profit and that you’re more likely to LOSE money working there...you would laugh in their face and run the other way. but when you’re in an MLM suddenly the problem isn’t the company and the business structure but that you’re “not working hard enough”??? lol okay sure

I honestly feel bad for some of these girls😭 I just want to tell them this isn’t how it should be! You can have a job that you get paid hourly and you can accrue PTO and have BENEFITS and when you leave your job, you leave your work there and can ENJOY your time off. It’s so predatory and it breaks my heart when there’s girls who just start off and think it’s going to change their life😔 Thanks for making these videos to bring light to this🤍

This girl I used to previously work with, quit her job to join Monat full time and a few months ago she tried to recruit me and thank god I stayed strong throughout the entire conversation and was able to say no and stick to my no the entire way. I have a friend who’s pretty deep in an MLM called Pampered Chef. When my bridal shower was coming up, she messaged me to ask if I wanted her to throw me a virtual PC bridal shower. Which she would of course profit off of. I think she genuinely thought she was extending a sweet offer, but I was honestly a little offended. My upcoming marriage is not for you to profit off of, girl! Crazy what these MLM’s do to people’s brains.

Hi. I used to be in an MLM. (Don't come at me!) I was with BB for a VERY short period of time and left once I realized what was going on (and realized that scamming people wasn't for me). Earlier my roommates and I were discussing cults, and I actually mentioned how I felt that Monat was a cult. I told my roommates not to use Monat because of the hair loss and scalp sores. Also, I’d rather have a Subaru that I pay for with actual income from a non-MLM job than have a luxury that I will barely be able to afford with the negative profit from an MLM.

The way they talk about $520 in bonuses a MONTH, like it’s sooo much and a good pay… I make DOUBLE that at my “9-5” in a week, and make annual bonuses that are over 5k, full benefits, paid time off, and more. They need to raise their standards.

As for the cottage thing, I live in Southeastern Michigan, and a lot of people will have cottages or cabins in the northern part of the state. They’ll refer to it as going “up north”, which usually means north of Saginaw (about halfway up the state) all the way to the Upper Peninsula. So that could have been what she was referring to.

I know when it comes to products especially haircare and skincare, one size does not fit all. I have thick hair and dry skin, whereas my sister has finer hair and oily skin.
