They were so young!! I remember that after she left the spice girls Geri had a short luck for a while until her 2nd album did so bad that Virgin records moved her to innocent records and she started to release flops after flops until now

Mel C is the best but i love all the spice girls. Mel C made the best music and had the most successful & best solo career

@@peterpinsent9028 But Mel C had as many solo international No1s as the other 4 girls combined. Same goes for certifications. Mel C had the most and biggest hits, albums and sales. She's the most successful

Why? Because Geri got more #1s? It's superrude to say that about anyone but especially about a bandmate and friend or former friend at the time, wow. Mel C damn well knows that Geri was a very important part of the group and without her songwriting their best songs like Viva Forever wouldn't exist.

@@Marc-zi5cq Because she was depressed and every spice girl fan knows it but obviously you're a Geri stan so you want to block that fact. Mel C couldn't care less about Geri uk number 1s, at the end of it all Mel C had the best selling album, the best selling singles by a mile and the most international no1s hits . She obviously had better things to brag about, she was and still is more successful by far. What Mel C said was an opinion and thousands of other people have that opinion about Geri's voice. Geri's voice is horrific period

@@SailorSpears lol you are so deluded. With Geri their albums went to #1 worldwide, without her they flopped outside the top 30 in the US. Geri was the only Solo Spice that didn't get dropped after her first or second album, she actually managed to release three album with her original record company and the only one to score a #1 single from her second album. There's a reason why Mel C got dropped after her second album. And don't talk about bad voices when you stan for Britney who mimes her whole liveshow.

Love the spice girls, all of them. Mel C had the most successful solo career by far. She's the only spice girl to have sold 23 million records and got the most solo international no1 hits as well as the best selling albums
