I think its a term, that is often associated with the Mafia..... but it could also fit for Personal Assistants and the Concierge at high level Hotels.

I'm a 40something guy and all my friends know I like penguins. I played Penguin Land on Sega Master System as a kid and since then I've been gifted plushies, coffee mugs, neckties, soap dispensers, a giant clicky pen with a penguin on it... I wore a penguin onesie for Halloween and again on Christmas (just added a candy cane necktie). Everyone has their own spirit animal.
