Directly into the data entry screens of the COVID-19 Vaccination Modules - 2. Through .CSV upload into the Weekly COVID-19 Vaccination Modules. The objectives for today's training are to review the requirements for reporting person-level vaccination data, providing an overview of how to report person-level vaccination data. We will discuss the advantages to use the person-level vaccination form to report your weekly data. We will review frequently asked questions.
