Great job jonathan I wish I had this when I received my CDL A License, I did not know anything about this or even how to perform a in cab inspection. I learned everything the hard way. I wish I could take my refresher course through driving academy, Driving Academy does notoffer refresher courses or I woyldlove to come to your school and if they had one in Vegas that would be great. Thank again for all those videos thatyou do.

Similar to class A brake test. chock wheels. Shift to neutral Turn engine on psi ⬆️120 Turn engine off, then turn key back on Push in brakes Watch for air not to⬇️ more than 2 psi in 1 minute Apply pressure on brake pedal for 1 min 👀no more than 3 psi⬇️ Check low air warning light and buzzer by pumping down on brake pedal til around 60 psi which should turn on low warning light then continue til buzzer and brake control pops out. Turn engine on to build psi⬆️to 120psi. 1st part of brake test is complete

So I am a cdl class b trainer. What about having your seatbelt on before doing a safe start? Is that going to be a thing on the new test?

Can someone who lives in NY with a New york cdl class C with N1 restriction, come take classes and use your third party testing site with you and upgrade to Class B?

You don’t check the emergency brack and the service brake why ?

After the air bleed down test when he pumps the service brake pedal and the knob for the parking brake pops out-- that is the emergency brake system test. Near the end of the video, after he does the seat belt check, when he tries to pull forward with the parking brake on and calls it the tug test--that is when he is checking the parking brake. After he releases the parking brake and pulls forward at 5 mph and then stops --that's when he is checking the service brake.

I have a class A cdl i took my endorsement for passenger & tanker but got told I need road test for passenger endorsement please help need knowledge on what will be done is just road test or do I have to do pretrip as well

Bro I passed my CDL class A yesterday and my case is exactly same as yours 😂😂 Now I’m looking for bus driving school for bus skills At the dmv they said that I can’t get my commercial license until I complete passenger endorsement behind the wheel test or I need to drop passenger endorsement from my dl

Why don’t you ever just go in order of which they test? All the extra chatter is not needed harder to learn when the instructor talks extra on stuff that don’t matter

So true. For some reason they love to give extra information that’s unnecessary and confusing. My instructor likes to talk to other employees about random stuff while I’m trying to learn. It’s frustrating
