1:45 - Great effort, yet unfortunately that demonstration is incorrect. Two Feet one Hand -OR- Two hands, one foot. this wasn't displayed as proper ladder technique. id recommend amending or editing to avoid teaching improper safe work practices online. Cheers

He had all four points of contact as he descended the ladder.

I saw it also, L hand & R foot, then R hand & L foot. Only had two points at a time.
