I think I have a solution. If you jump on the first frame after landing from a spin jump, Mario will jump without entering the crouching state.

If you can grab p-switches while crouched, then you might be able to move the p-switches further into the level before activating them, which might allow you to skip the wall-jump p-switch

Man, I would've LOVED something like this existing when I was younger and played a ton of the first Mario Maker. Your advice for playtesting in three different ways was also massively helpful. Even though I don't play much anymore, I would've never thought about moving platform cycles and how they might affect someone speedrunning a level vs casually playing (where the pattern wouldn't matter much.) You've earned a new subscriber!

You might be able to shell jump. All you need is one of the red koopas earlier on in the level. But..... You can pick them up so you need to keep up with the shell ALL THE WAY TIL the last P switch. And if you are lucky enough to get the height you need, you beat the level.

If only there was a slope near the wall jump P switch... this is the only time the crouch only run actually needs a slope

I just realized the world 9 levels represent the 9 worlds ground, desert, water, etc.

maybe try hitting the P-switch as mini Mario? true its a "power-up" but you asked us to find a way to hit it as SMALL Mario, and mini Mario is small. I haven't tried this but it might work.

That roller coaster level looks like fun while crouching it's like something from Mario Maker

Since you're not crouching after a spin-jump, you might be able to ground pound in mid-air to gain another block of height for the p-switch

Maybe you should try ground pounding after doing a spin jump wall jump, it might give you just enough height to hit the p switch

Doubt this would work, but if you waited for the brick blocks to begin moving back, maybe the momentum would carry onto the spin jump, allowing you to get high enough to hit the P switch.
