Wow, I never knew this tape existed. I practically became the character from the very first time I put on the Chuck E. costume (in fact I think I may have even made the hostesses look bad during the birthday parties since I was way more animated than they were. LOL)

When I worked at McDonald's during the 80's as my first job after high school, I was the hamburgler lol. Believe me its a lot harder than this tape shows you. The costume in the Florida heat can be agonizing, and you may be asked to do over an hour performance at a time, that and it weighs over 30 lbs (a bit over 12 kilos). Its grueling but if you want one hell of a weight loss item, it will do it. It is fun though.

For real, Oh chucky used to probably flip over people if he could, No all he can do is clap his hands and walk around the whole entire restaurant like he has nothing better to do I think it's because the people are Like 19, 15 , and 16 years old Back then he used to dance clap his hands walk around running around talk to the people outside when they were coming in. No when he comes out It looks like chuck E. cheese is depressed. New chucky just be walking out with his head down And then he expects us to be all running up to him even though all he's gonna do is clap his hands.

From what I remember as a kid, I enjoyed it. The guys in the costumes did do a good job and were pretty energetic like in the video, not quite to jumping splits level, but still pretty good.

In seriousness, I worked at Chuck E Cheese's last summer. During the tail end of the summer, we had an extremely slow day where we only had about 3 or 4 guests at midday. When the roadshow came around, I got in the suit as usual, and came out, did my thing, and then the boss told me to stay out a while longer. He gave me a few tokens and told me and the few kids there to go play some games. I got to play some games with the kids, including our co op Batman game. I found out that day that it is really hard to play games in that head. It was fun.

I feel like back then people had more fun during "training", it looks like they actually cared about making the kids happy. Because I've taken my little nephews to the chuck e cheeses they have now, and they always just walk super slow, and no "joy" in, how they act, even when they need to dance they just move there hands only. I feel like kids would enjoy the way works acted back then.
