Unfortunately it solidified quickly before I could fill one lipstick tube. So I had to heat it up again to get it to melt. The smell of unrefined shea butter is too strong. Unless you use the Ugandan shea butter.

If you prepare the same quantity like in the video, you should add in about 5 drops of any mild natural perfume oil of your choice.

To determine the shelf life of any cosmetic product, a stability test must be carried out. But the DIY method to do this, is to check the shelf life of all the ingredients used, and the ingredient with the least shelf life determines the shelf life of the lipstick.
