This site is located in Chang-dong, Dobong-gu.
A water leak occurs in the house above, causing mold to grow on the kitchen ceiling in the house below.
This is a case where all of the ceiling finishing materials were damaged.
Fortunately, the house above has signed up for daily life liability insurance.
This is a site that was covered by insurance.
Maybe it's because there's a lot of content about ceiling leaks and mold.

윗집 누수를 하루만에 원인을 찾아 원인제거는 했는데요. 저희집 천장 벽지가 젖었어요. 겉으로는 멀쩡한데, 곰팡이 여부를 위해서 뜯어보아야 하나요? 인근인테리어 업체 한곳은 벽지만 해라 하고 한쪽은 철거얘기를 하는데, 왜 말들이 다른지 ㅠㅠ

누수로 인한 내장재 피해는 벽지 표면보다 내장재(벽지,석고보드) 속 오염이 심한 경우가 더 많습니다. 일부 타공 후 내시경 카메라 이용해서 안쪽 상태를 확인하는것이 좋습니다.
