Fresno, CA has a much longer 2 mile Christmas Tree Lane , it might claim the same starting time, but the local Historical Society said Fresno's Officially started in 1930.

I have passed this street many times and have never seen it lit up. Now that I know it is called Santa Rosa Avenue I will look for it during my next trip to Altadena.
