Allied Heads of state and government of all 32 NATO Allies, along with partners from around the world, convene in the Mellon Auditorium, Washington, D. C. This historic site was chosen as the location for the 75th Anniversary celebration because it was here, on April 4, 1949, that the North Atlantic Treaty was signed. In this building NATO was born. Since then, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, has become the most successful Alliance in modern history. #WeAreNATO #NATOSummit
