The caregiver program would allow you to hire a foreign caregiver to care for your elderly parents or young children. Once successful, the caregiver will receive a work permit and after working for a whole year, can get PR status for their entire family.
Requirements are
(1) 1 year of post-secondary education (Canadian or foreign)
(2) English Language Skills - CELPIP 5
(3) Some relevant caregiver experience
