I hope we did this Ghanaian entrepreneurs of the past. Like BA Mensah, Siaw Tata, etc of the past instead of taking over their companies and handing them over foreigners who then proceeded to dismantle them as they see the Ghanaian as competition.

In charter operations pilots don't necessarily fly all the types of aircraft. Too many to stay proficient on. This isn't unusual. He still has cred if he's an A380 pilot. Of course if he flew only Cessnas probably not.
