Happy Karva Chauth. My 80 plus year old parents fast for watch other on KC and in fact my dad touches my mums feet back as well! (female energy of Goddesses within and love etc) and lots of uncles and cousins in India now in their fifties etc have fasted for each other. Many think our generation started it but it has been going on for a long time especially those who love each other. :) Many husbands of the younger gen are following suit as well. I am sure husbands way before have done the same but as most Hindu related facts, are not documented or shared or showed off-just done. The original story was when the husband was away from the wife in the first place if I am not mistaken so it was automatically taken that only women do it by some. But those who love each other have always fasted for each other from a long time ago. Lovely KImji and sister in law and good to see Adi so beautiful as well.
