Not me SOBBING through this video. As an older gay, I’m sometimes still blown away that I can see pride merch on Main Street in Disney World and videos like this are even made. What differentiates this channel from all the other Disney KZfaq channels is exemplified in this video. Instead of just walking around and eating treats from yet another Disney celebration you took the time and effort to research the meaning behind it and share these stories with your viewers. This video reminds me of the one you did celebrating the women of Disney which is probably one of my favorite you've ever done. Great work!!

In your last cruise video you wished everyone a happy pride and I can’t explain the feeling it gave me. It was such a simple gesture but I realized it was one of the first times I’ve heard a Disney (amongst other things) influencer, acknowledge pride and the LGBTQIA+ community. So many just skirt the topic and tip toe not to upset their audience. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being the BEST team and for creating such high quality content.

My son’s school here in NY did Pride last week for spirit week. Rainbows, flags, allies, friends. It makes me so sad that these things aren’t happening in places like FL. You should be free to learn about all kinds of humans. The fact that a middle school can be so welcoming and inclusive makes my heart happy. I’m so sorry about what is happening to your family. The other day a local school district who had a parent object to a book (I think it was Orwell) and the school board basically laughed them out of the meeting. It was denied unanimously. Do better people. It’s 2023.

As a bi member of the Mam Fam, thank you for this video! I had no idea Howard Ashman died so young - imagine the gifts he would’ve given the world if he were here today. I’m grateful that HIV/AIDS treatment (both medically and the social treatment of patients) has taken such great leaps since his passing, but I wish he could’ve benefitted from those advances. May his memory be a blessing, and thanks for all the fish. 🐠🐡💕

Rewatching this for Pride month and crying. I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have queer history recognized and celebrated, especially by allies in the Disney space. It’s scary to be queer and trans in the US (and so many other places) right now and sometimes a video like this is the escapism and celebration I need. Happy Pride 2024!

I am begging you to consider doing one for Black History Month since I’m sure Juneteenth is too soon. In my opinion Disney doesn’t celebrate or honor Black History Month enough and it would be beautiful to see. ❤
