My mum has passed and she never sent texts but she’s always manage to hit buttons with her ear while talking on the phone and she’d get so mad at the beeps and us laughing our heads off at her. Thanks for bringing up a good memory! Happy Mother’s Day!

People on KZfaq does it constantly in there titles to me. And god forbid if you accidently read comment section. Usually the first few is enough to spoil something major. Because human kind are morons. I live in Denmark, and sometimes when a movies and especially a tv series runs here. I have already read info i didtn want to know just via titles. Not all countries get access to new media at same time. Some times it takes 2-3 month before we get something in cinema here after its been release in Usa. Sometimes its goes straight to blue-ray/dvd here or a streaming service, even tho it was in cinema in Usa. Heck even pc games and other things can sometimes get spoiled .

I didn't answered my mom's text for a whole day and when I finally told her everything was fine she demanded a picture of me to confirm I wasn't being forced at gunpoint to write the text and I was in fact fine 😂😂

My dad was having a medical tests done and I was SO worried. My mom texted my sister and I immediately after: "The doctor said he saw something of major concern, he would talk to us after the procedure, but he never did. That's all folks".... Later she clarified: "The doctor said IF he saw something of major concern...". One missing word makes a HUGE difference.

it is funny how similar 'moms' are with their kids. These awkward, often irrelevant, and lacking in personal boundary texts are quintessential of mom-kid interactions and it doesn't matter if youre a 5 year old kid at home or a 50 year-old world-famous celebrity. You will always be your mom's baby :)))

Had many similar phone conversations with my mom about flowers I sent her. They weren't the right kind. They weren't cut and in a vase, and she had to cut them herself. She thanked my boyfriend for her flowers, when I had sent them. The list goes on and on. They were never right.

I just realized that if anyone reads messages from my mom they will think I am completly helpless. I forget to eat apparently. Or I eat only junkfood. I forget the time. Cant pack for travel. I don’t have a biological Mom. But my sweet Mother in Law has taken me in as her only daughter. I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant with her very 1st grandchild and sent her an update and gender reveal and this is what she said- “You both look good. Wow, great. Hope you are having a wonderful day. I don't know anything about Eric Andre, but I now know his mother is an Ashkenazi Jew because of the accent he puts on and the intonation he uses. It's funny how when reading text we can tell the exact intended intonation. I wonder if thats possible with other cultures or if just a Yiddish humor thing?
