In our latest Episode, we visit celebrity chef Paul Ainsworth to hear his story from his humble beginnings of washing pots to now owning a boutique collection of incredibly successful restaurants and a Guest house that offers the most personal of experiences.
in his earlier years Paul has worked with the likes of Gary Rhodes, Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay. He is also a regular on James Martins Saturday Kitchen, Great British Menu and has previously worked along side Gordon on the popular cookery show Next Level Kitchen.

Very few chefs of that calibre are actually nice guys. Paul is one of the few who are. A true gent and incredible chef.

Love Paul, visited his restaurant in Padstow before he was famous, loved it and will go back when I’m in Cornwall .Love❤ from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

I’m the “other guy” and I have to say I can’t stop focusing on those movements you have highlighted now 😂 I have to say many coffees were consumed before this, as I had an extremely busy morning before recording. Maybe next time il reduce the caffeine intake before a podcast 😂
