By marrying Charles Lindbergh, Anne Morrow finds celebrity and adventure, but also a lack of privacy. During their honeymoon America’s most famous couple is constantly pursued by the press. Anne and Charles have a child, build a new house, and set out as a flying team to explore aviation routes north to the Orient. They return home to tragedy.

He wanted her sister Elizabeth til he found she had heart disease. Then he moved to Anne. Most things we know of them are fantasy.

Let's face it, one reason for Anne's peculiar behavior is she suspected her husband had multiple affairs especially in Europe when in fact he had 3 kept ladies and a whole slew of additional kids. Anne Lindbergh had to quietly endure the emotional pain of knowing her husband was unfaithful and a fraud when it comes to true American family values.

That dude was a FREAK! He had THREE FAMILIES none of each knew about the other until the 21st century! That guy was a not a good person. Not at all.

Two of the European sisters were sisters. They knew each other, and that they were "sharing" Charles Lindbergh.

No, only speculation. He had some toes that were a bit crooked & overlapped…. Nothing a podiatrist couldn’t fix today.

I remember reading her book way back when. I think she was a lovely person. Always admired her.

@@soso8824 yes, i think so. I did read one of her books and some stuff about the flights. Just my opinion of course! And of course we have the advantage of hindsight . If you have time buy an old copy of gifts from the sea, and give it a read.
