Thank you! My daughters are always asking my sisters & aunts to French braid their hair when try visit. They all live hours away so I thought I'd take the reins & learn so I can help my lovely daughters as I do with millions of other things! Love my daughters & will do anything for them! Hi Claire! I'm watching this video after like 8 years and I still love it. I used to style my hair all the time like this after watching this video back then. Please never take this video down. It's one of my favs. Love the hair, makeup, and yellow! It takes me back to my happy days.

Its helpful that you nentioned only taking hair when each section is on the sides. Thats why my braids wer coming out bad, I made the mistake of taking from the middle too. Thank you!!

Claire, I really enjoy your videos! You are very talented & make everything seem so simple and easy! I am in a dental hygiene program and starting next semester, we have to wear our hair up and away from our face- my hair is down to my waist which makes it really hard for me to style it. Anymore videos on how to neatly style hair would be greatly appreciated!! xx

if you would like to make this hair style a bit easier (in my opinion :) ) you can do two french braids like she did there but do it with all your hair and then just hook the two braids together with an elastic at the nape of your neck, then take out the two braids and just wrap that hair into a bun :) (it requires less bobby pins)

I like how you always call your hair strands or pieces "him" or "that guy" :) I do the same thing! I have always had long long long hair and am tired of it always looking the same but don't want to but it. It's naturally wavy/curly and I think a lot of your braid tutorials are going to be very very helpful! Thank you! I just need a LOT of practice!
