A bunch of us all used to watch it regularly in college. More recently, I found out a bunch of younger coworkers hadn't seen it and set up a movie night and the reaction wasn't quite what I expected. They were all like... "this is a horror film, this is giving me PTSD with work, it's exactly like what we deal with day to day", lol.

I had a black Swingline stapler that I used constantly at work and people kept stealing it off my desk to use and they eventually broke it. I may of got a little ticked off since they didn't take care of ANYTHING and were constantly stealing stuff off my desk until I started keeping everything with me at all times and taking it home. For my birthday they all got together and got me the Office Space DVD (i had never seen the movie before) and a red Boston stapler so they could still steal a stapler from me but not mess with my Swingline. I had an ancient desk so they could not move it so at least I had THAT going for me.

I love movies like office space that bomb at the box and then a few years later they become staples that everyone talks about (no pun intended). Those are true classics, they were just before their time.

My husband and I love that movie, my youngest son he's 22 now never understood the movie the previous times he saw it with us until he started working. He sat and watched it with us after working for a few years. His laughter was hysterical.

I’ve never seen Office Space, but he was great as Jimmy James in NewsRadio. In fact I’m watching NewsRadio right now.
