I know England was attacked as well, but that was in 2005, and not during the time of the people on the street having tirades in the middle of the city centre about something that didn't have anything to do with them.

Black people come in all skin tones. Have you heard of the term ‘passing’ for white? If you get a chance watch the movies “Imitation of Life” or “Human Stain.” Both of these movies deal with the subject of Black people who look like white people but they are actually black people. This could be a black family with different skin shades.
