📋 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes:
2 large potatoes
Salt
olive oil
Sauce:
1/2 head of celery (about 1/2 lb or 225 g)
1 - 2 tbsp margarine
1 onion
1 leek
1 clove of garlic
10 cherry tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the potatoes for 50 - 60 minutes in a fan oven.
