Even severe back pain is often muscle related, consider accupuncture or dry-needling by a doctor. I did both of these treatments and they helped me immediately, my back pain was so bad I could barely walk.

Hi friend, right now we don't use any external microphone for sound yet. We only use the internal microphone on the camera. But we are thinking about using external microphone for future videos.
