No chance not good enough for back up id consider zander clark as a back up though being Scottish, but Angus gunn would be a good call too, Lennon miller and david watson should be looked at and loaned back too there clubs, also connor barron too and also loaned back

Liam Kelly is 28 while our other back ups are 32 so makes sense taking him on. With siegrist likely to leave it will be a good piece of business.

Don't mind Kelly as backup to be honest, specially on a free. He's a decent keeper who can use the ball well. As long as we get a real quality number 1. Also get Cordoba for left centre back, an athletic tall left back and a quick winger

I remember we signed a Dundee keeper, I want to say he conceded six goals when he played against Celtic, then signed in the next transfer window - could be wrong on that, but he helped to take celtic to a UEFA cup final.

Spot on recruitment has been gash and so many have been failures but we have to ask why ? If there is a lot of medaling and the powers that be ignore recommendations then anyone would fail , if you employ a guy who you rate then let him get on with it . Siegrist was the best keeper in scotland prior to us signing him, and has been nowhere near the standard. Silly signing, keep Bain as a number 2 and spend money on a bona fide number 1
