Hi Narmadha I always watch your videos. Big fan of you especially the way you speak. Love amma cooking. We always make this rice and we call it Ghee rice as the ghee flavor will dominate in the rice. Any spicy gravy matches and enhances the taste. Thanks for sharing the recipe 👍
