Being a Priest is just like being a Husband, it is a divine calling. Not everyone is called to be either. One needs wisdom and God's grace to discern what one is to be, because either calling requires committed sacrifice of self against many temptations of this world. The Milingo man who formed his church was excommunicated a long time ago by the church and was blessed by some Chinese head of a different protestant group. Therefore none of the said blessings for priests would flow from St. Peter as he attests. The writer Paul in the Bible explained it well.... if you can't contain your (sexual) passions, get married. This man and the others in the "Reformed Catholic Church" are here to confuse people by using the "Catholic" name. They are working hard to divert those people whose faith is weak or they don't know the difference to join them. because they want the privileges that come with the title "Catholic Church and Priest". If they were serious they should indicate the title "Reformed" in all their places of worship not just Catholic Church

The title is misleading. He is no longer serving in the Catholic Church, and he is not about to be ordained as a Catholic father.
