Hi Sothik, Please find below max load capacity as per thickness of Bison board: For 2 to 3 support points: 10mm = 267 kgs/m2 12mm = 391 kgs/m2 18mm = 915 kgs/m2 20mm = 1088 kgs/m2 30mm = 2411 kgs/m2 40mm = 2720 kgs/m2 For multiple support points: 10mm = 333 kgs/m2 12mm = 457 kgs/m2 18mm = 1067 kgs/m2 20mm = 2812 kgs/m2 30mm = 2812kgs/m2 40mm = 3182 kgs/m2 Please Note : Load capacity always depend on the length of span i.e. how much is the distance between two support points. Above mentioned load capacity is for the minimum span length (300mm). As the span length will increase, load capacity will get decreased. I hope this info will help you. Thanks, Arcvila

Hiii... I am actually planning to use bison sheets for the wall (as in fitting it on the wall) as a alternative to hide the lekage problem.. is it a good option to proceed if yes then how durable is it compared to tiles

I'm a contractor..have been using this bison board for partitions from a long time...biggest issue is the cracks....have tried all possible ways but the cracks keep coming back... kindly suggest how to sove this cracks permanently

Hi Rock Solid, You can easily resolve the issue of joints. Below is the procedure for Bison Panel joint issue: 1. Whenever you join the two bison panel, there should be a minimum gap of 2 to 3 mm required. As Bison Panel is subject to slight dimensional changes due to variations in temperatures and relative humidity of air. 2. If possible make a V-groove at 45 degree at edges of both panels. 3. After that Rhinoz Cement Plaster Base (RF-103) should be applied (1st Coat) for binding the panel and also it is waterproof. 4. Then use Fiber Glass mesh tape at joints. 5. Now, apply second coat of Rhinoz Cement Plaster Base (RF-103). 6. Leave it for curing. Hi Moolchand, CPB board ko hum easily wall paneling me usi tarah se use kar sakte hai, jaise hum plywood se karte hai. But ese use karne me ek addvantage hota hai, ki aap BCP board ki thickness ko kam kar sakte because esme strength jaada hota hai as compared to Plywood. Process dono ka same hai. Please have a look: Thickness : Minimum Start Price 6 mm : Rs 30 per sqft 10 mm : Rs 41 per sqft 12 mm : Rs 50 per sqft 18 mm : Rs 78 per sqft 25 mm : Rs 104 per sqft 40 mm : Rs 130+ per sqft Above are the minimum price for Bison Boards. Please have a look: Thickness : Minimum Start Price 6 mm : Rs 30 per sqft 10 mm : Rs 41 per sqft 12 mm : Rs 50 per sqft 18 mm : Rs 78 per sqft 25 mm : Rs 104 per sqft 40 mm : Rs 130+ per sqft Above are the minimum price for Bison Boards. Hi Sonal, You can easily resolve the issue of joints. Below is the procedure for Bison Panel joint issue: 1. Whenever you join the two bison panel, there should be a minimum gap of 2 to 3 mm required. As Bison Panel is subject to slight dimensional changes due to variations in temperatures and relative humidity of air. 2. If possible make a V-groove at 45 degree at edges of both panels. 3. After that Rhinoz Cement Plaster Base (RF-103) should be applied (1st Coat) for binding the panel and also it is waterproof. 4. Then use Fiber Glass mesh tape at joints. 5. Now, apply second coat of Rhinoz Cement Plaster Base (RF-103). 6. Leave it for curing. Can I constuct A 600-700 Sqft, gf 2 BHK house using these panels with MS or GI frame and truss fabrication work? The dimension of the 2 BHK house will be 20 X 35 Only GF with single sloppy roofing without false ceiling... Plot dimension is 30 X 45 If possible, then should I cover on both sides of the walls? What are the thickness should I use for 1.Outer walls. 2. Inner walls. 3. Flooring above the gf, basement. 4. Sloppy roofing without false ceiling. Please advice and according to which I shall plan to build A cost effective yet durable home which should last for some 15+ years without any major maintenance issues for my Retired life in my small plot of 3 cents in Coimbatore. Hi M A S Ayyar Yes you can build your house 🏠 using this bison panel. Now let's talk about the technical details. For framing you can go for MS because it will cost you less as compared to GI frame also you will get good strength. For outer wall 40mm thickness of panel should be used from both sides so it will become 80mm. For inner walls i.e. for partition, 40 mm thickness only should be used. For roofing again 40mm only will be required (slope or plain surface). For Flooring surface min 12mm is required. In case if you want to go for False ceiling then 8 to 10 mm thickness of panel is sufficient. Good to know that you are planning to build your beautiful future home using this material.
