It's very refreshing to watch someone who doesn't just edit themselves to look like something they're not. Just two decent, normal people having fun and not trying to please everyone. Think this is essentially why I like your channel.

I wish we had Center Pacs in America. Your holiday makes me want to get on an airplane and come to England for a holiday. But, if I came to England, Ireland, and Scotland for a visit I know I would never leave. That is where my roots are and they often draw me to go back. PS Ellie didn’t seem to have her camera with her as before. Phone photos are find, but nothing takes pictures like a camera. Which I’m sure she knows that, being a good photographer as you noted.

Great vlog! We went to Elveden a few weeks ago. Had a great time! We'd been to Longleat before, so we had that to compare with. I must say, a lot more animals at Elveden. There were deer everywhere! At Longleat, you will need to be on your A game to see any deer. But they're there if you looked hard enough. Also, if you plan on renting bikes at Longleat, be prepared for uphill cycling. I was absolutely bolloxed when out for 'lovely' bike rides.

The really big expensive elevated cottages may have games rooms and hot tubs, but as they are not at ground level I doubt they can easily feed the ducks, deer and squirrels like yours. :) Plus bonus micro frogs!!! :D

Great video, it's awesome to see such a personal experience of Center Parcs. I've been to Longleat and Woburn, and planning to visit another this year. Being a creature of habit, I tend to be swayed towards ones I have been to that I know are good. It's really difficult to see what others are like from their main site, or anywhere else really. This may just have convinced me to try Elveden. Keep it up! Looking forward to your next Center Parcs vid.

This is a delightful video. In South Texas, many people...instead of vacationing at the beaches of South Padre Island or at Corpus Christi, instead...make a holiday at the Frio River. My brother and sister-in-law live for that. One can rent a cabin, or lodge as you called it, or even do primitive camping. As an aside, do you realize you have a certain way about you reminiscent of an older distinguished person. I refrained from leading with "old man," older gentleman would likely land me in one of your Stella Artois fueled response videos....I should very much like to enter such positively, thus, I will give reasons to the former. I have been an "old man" since I was 12 years old. The pace of life only need be interesting...not death defying. I enjoy my hobbies and try to live with the mindset of retirement now, as opposed to holding it off until 2032 or so when I am slated to retire. My father died at around 60 years of age and never really got to be an "old man." Not to say he worked to death or anything, but that he had plans he set up for and cancer had different plans. To end on a happier note, I understand a ruined BBQ. I was to do that for my daughter's birthday in January and it was cold and wet and, despite seeming damnable, actually allows me to look back fondly and post this here now.

Love center parcs, we were at Elveded beginning of June, really nice park, if you get the chance, you should try Longleat during fireworks night, it's our favourite and it has a land train, lol.

I love centre parcs I prefer Sherwood Forest 🌳 always fun driving around trying to find the villa. The only downfall is how expensive it is especially when you have children half term prices are shocking. And the activities are costly too.
