We got together with our friends down in Plantation Boat Mart to jump on a Deep Impact 399. It's been a while since we jumped on a Deep Impact Boat and we are impressed. If this is your style boat it is a depilate must checkout on your list. Let us know what you think down in the comments.

Great content Allan...as usual. I like that you are checking out a few more of these types of boats for us Poker Run crowd. These Deep Impacts have always impressed me, never been on one but we like the look and the performance to match.

What’s better? Quad 450r’s or trip 600’s?

Depends what you like more top end or low end torque.

So a boat equipped with the 450’s should theoretically hit a higher top speed and one with the 600’s should accelerate faster? And I understand the 600’s should be more fuel efficient because of less weight and having a second gear? Thanks for your thoughts

Impressive boat in so many aspects, but the sides and gunnel design, towards the stern, is confusingly busy. It ruines the lines of the boat in my opinion.
