2:53 and 5:29 he clearly stops in in his run up when taking the penalty. "In the modern game it has become common for the kicker to start the run then halfway to the ball do a little jig after which they complete the kick. This is ok so long as the player does not stop moving." Just sayin... Also, the consistent inconsistency as to what constitutes handball in the penalty area and natural body balance in the modern game baffles me...

Completely agree. You simply can't stop in the run up.. very poor decision

They don't understand body balance. It's a universal thing that's seeing penalties given for accidental handball with arms in natural positions.

@@sotiriosnovatsis4529l would say consistently - consistently wrongly interpreted. The first penalty was ridiculous: that's where the arm goes naturally with the body turning.
