Because of the weather in Orlando i would turn the garage into a gameroom.. And leave the cars outside.... Thats not posssible in my country were its full winter :) My family and i have been over to Orlando numerous of times and always rented a big house and every single one of them had turned their garage into a gameroom Greetings from Oslo,Norway

Hi Joe. I’m late but I’m here. Simple clean front elevation. Lovely entrance and foyer. The herring bone pattern. on the floor is nice. Large dining. Thought that was a pass through as well. A mirror. The tray ceiling trim work is nice. Always love storage under the stairs. The open concept is amazing. Lovely kitchen. Love how the cabinets run along the entire back wall. The pantry is fine because of the wall to wall amazing cabinets. Between the formal and breakfast dining and island, can seat 20 ppl. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. The family /media room massive. Formica? They still make Formica? Oh. A Jack n Jill. Lovely primary with that sitting area. En-suite location unique and lovely. All I need is to reconfigure the yard and ad a pool. Amazing home Joe. Thanks so much and see you next video. I admit, I got lost upstairs 🤣.

Hellooo Cydney! I hope you're doing well. So very sorry for the late reply. There's so many great features in this home. I am a little disappointed with the pantry although it really is fine. The only thing I would add is a pool! Thank you for your wonderful comments always. Thank you for joining me on the tour!

Hello Joe, sorry, I've only just gotten to watch the video. And yes it's an interesting floor plan. The entrance area really impresses with its very complex shapes and design elements. Supported by the floor design. I like it very much !!! The main room is really a huge room. A lot of space! And the rooms on the 1st floor are also well designed. For me, an old man, the suspension bridge over the bed is ideal for pulling me out of bed early !! And they are really big rooms to sleep in. Really great. The backjard area with the lake is the round conclusion to this great house. Thanks for the video and stay healthy. HD

Hello Horst-Dieter. My apologies for the late reply, I've been so very busy. Everyone is looking to purchase a home. This house is a maze and I love it.
