Thanks for covering this. I think it's exactly what I need. I live in a 3 story house and getting the stairs clean is nearly impossible with full size steam cleaners. Nice video. I just got mines yesterday and that's a good idea to use a microfiber towel with the steamer so that way you are wiping away the dirt and grime as you steam. I like how it did the floor tiles. I need that for portions of my shower to see how it works.

Yes I have done the vinegar and water nothing. I have taken a tooth pick and poked into the places to unclog nothing. No steam will come out And I waited 15 minutes for it can get hot.nothing.what do I do?

I use it to clean shoes, vehicle carpets, and in the bathroom where there's build up in cracks/corners. Can't say it's good for heavy duty though.

that jet nozzle only fits crooked? because i thought something was wrong but idk is yours on stright i can't tell... and also i didn't really like how it shoots water out every time you take a minute before spraying it and honestly i didn't really see anything i couldn't do with an apc and brush but i only had a few mins to use it i'm going to test it out on some other stuff because i was really hopeful for this product.

Are you supposed to empty it out ? I put a little bit in to test it out and once I was done unplugged it and turned off . Waited the recommended 20 minutes for cool off and then released the steam leftover . How do I know if there is still water in it ?

I'm looking to buy something a little more powerful than this handheld steamer i now have but how does this one you showed compare to the Dupray Neat Steam cleaner that i've been looking to purchase? If you have any experience with that unit i'd appreciate your opinion.
