Maybe bc cheaper fuel is on that rte saving the company 3 or 4 bucks even tho it's 80 miles longer. See there you go you left prime for greener pastures but lost the ability to think for urself. @thetexastrucker7934 so those 90 miles out of route I get paid for. Prime pays zip code. Cotc pay actually. I’ll still trip plan and there something better I can call it in and most of the time there ok with it if the fuel the same or cheaper. The last miles I decided how to get there. So every year prime drivers lose up to 8000 miles not paid because of zip code miles and out of route miles. I get 10 cent a mile more then an avg prime driver plus the actually miles and never wait for a load and if I do I get $100

It still top pay and most company only give you $50 tarp pay so there still good. I understand the incentive to earn money to motivate drivers to run harder.
