Wrong. The delivery pipe suppose to be on the other side and the rotor suppose to spin other direction. Other option is to change the rotor to make it working.

Agree, from 2:21 onwards the visualization of the impellor and direction of its vanes are incorrectly shown (or either the way the outlet pipe is mounted was incorrect). The explanation though is largely correct. Sorry for the in general beautiful show and visuals.

2:24 i think the impeller is wrong. the veins should be curved the other way in this situation.
