from this experiment we see that the centripetal force is a real force. Why then we say that this force isn't a real force?

The centripetal force is real. Without the centripetal force, there'd be nothing to cause the mass to move in a circular orbit. You may be confusing it with "centrifugal force", which isn't real.

@@SMUPhysics my mistake. The question is for the centrifugal. We see the spring getting lengthen.. So there is a force outwardly.
