My answer to her taking him back after all this...NOPE! He knew what he was doing all along in every action and conversation with Lu Li. He hurt her in so many ways. She can take care of herself and the baby just fine. She's got mad programming skills and has shown herself an excellent worker. Hubby shod have been relegated to paying child support and child visits. If he couldn't respect Lu Li's position in his life as his wife and colleague while she was under his roof what makes anyone think.that he can do it long distance? I wouldn't trust him with a Pepperidge Farm Goldfish! Hubby deserves to live a life alone and regretting his life choices. He didn't think much if Lu Li as she gave him her best and her love, well let him take care of himself from now on and Lu Li can give her best to her baby. That is who she should focus on.

@@estrellabeale9036 yeah I hated that part where he asked Luli to apologize to his ex, he basically humiliated his wife in front of his ex and didn’t give her face but instead gave his ex face by only reprimanding the ex after Luli left the room. He didn’t care to humiliate his wife in front of his ex but he did care to wait until they were alone to reprimand the ex. If anything he should give his wife face and not his ex. This guy got his priorities all wrong, also he didn’t have to take LiMan to the hospital, he could’ve sent Yiming if she needed help or someone else that works for him, a chofer or something, she also has her own assistant and chofer to help her. He is too naive to think she had no other person than him that could take her to the hospital. Also he should’ve just kept things on the business side with her, no need to go to dinner or hospital with her or anything like that. Business meetings at the office only and if it was a meeting with investors like that one time she was gonna introduce people to him then he can just take his wife when he goes to them, also I hated that he arrived there with Luli that time but basically left her alone at the entrance while he walked off to talk to people. She was left alone in an unfamiliar environment with no one she knew there aside from him. She’s his wife, he should’ve taken her along with him to meet the people and introduce her to them as what she is which is his wife. It really angers me that he never really gave her her place as his wife in front of others. The one time he kissed her and exposed his relationship with her at the office was just cause LiMan showed up. I know he was already falling for his wife and hadn’t realized it yet but still that is no excuse, he didn’t respect her as his wife at all and used her to keep his ex at arms length and so his dad didn’t take away the investment on the company. It happened to me in the past although I've never married my ex bf for the same pain he had caused in our relationship where he chose to side with his ex wife's whims and caprices leaving me out in the dark. Pero él no entiende o no quiere entender esa intención de comunicación por parte de ella y para no continuar con su cuestionamiento rápidamente cambia el tema dándole la noticia de que ganó el premio y va volver a su cargo. esperando qué ella le agradezca esa deferencia y pensando que con eso ella se va conformar y hasta se va olvidar que el día de su accidente él estaba con Li Man todo el día y en la noche, peto ni en sus sueños esperaba una respuesta como la que le dio Lu Li: no me interesa el premio el puesto ni nada porque voy a renunciar a la empresa lo dice seria pero sin emoción. Sorry folks, i'm still on Team Koala. She left everyone and everything behind to a new city, never to return. Whatever she and her new boss did was to make him leave her alone and go back. Technically it was her boss doing all the dirty deeds, she just didn't oppose him. She loved him but she had a baby to protect at all costs. She didn't want anymore drama in her life. She planned to stay in tbe new city and make a life for her and her baby. ML can kick rocks. I have no pity for his kitty. She doesn't know if Li Man is still in the picture cause LI Man did tell her that she would get ML back, marriage or no marriage and proved her point by calling him to cancel the dinner he was supposed to have with Koala. He says he stopped to help the ex because she got hurt did he ever think the reason the wife was calling him so much was because she needed help. No he was to busy with his nose stuck up the exes butt. Then he comes home acting like he cares, he only cared about the one that stole from him and his company trusted and believed her over the woman that was his wife and was standing by his side. He should have lost everything the daddy should have taken everything away from him, because he takes up for the enemy.

He's way too caring towards his ex. He spent most of the evening with her, paid her medical bills, was there as doctor was treating her burns. It goes far beyond just being friendly. Also, it's not the case that her burns are life threatening or that she's unable to get to the hospital alone, she wouldn't have a language barrier or money trouble to get the adequate treatment. There was literally no need for him to be there if he had no interest in her. He claims there's nothing wrong in what he has done but on another hand earlier he freaked out as his wife accompanied their colleague to the hospital after he had a panic attack. Unlike his ex that colleague never had any romantic relationship with his wife and he was not having an interest to have more than just friendship with her.

You are right. You will recall I think in episode 11 when he said something like he'll sacrifice his body to win the investor? He did sacrifice not something, but someone--his wife--to the point that his relationship with Liman went beyond the professional level although he will never admit it. Just because he did not sleep with Liman this time, doesn't mean he was faithful to his wife. He gave his wife excuses everytime he saw Liman. Even if the marriage is only in paper and knowing from the beginning that the ex came back for him, he entertained the "NEED" of his ex but not his wife's.

Although he was pressured by his ex/investor's representative to kick his wife out of the project, the least he could do is to explain her the reasons behind his decision. It would show the basic respect towards her, not only as his wife but also the employee who was one to develop the idea behind this project and started its development. Yet he never even bothered to explain her why she was dismissed from the further development and was ordered to develop something new worthy of winning the contest within quite a short period of time. But, sadly, as we see here, the way he congratulates her on winning the contest and eventually getting chance to return to the initial project is just as disrespectful, no festivity or gratitude expressed for everything she has done.

Cuando va a su empresa como representante de la inversionista, ella lo desafía diciédole que no se casó porque aún tiene sentimientos por ella. Qué hace él? Utiliza a la pobre Luli y la besa, sin preguntarle ni decirle nada, en presencia de Liman y el resto de los trabajadores para hacerse ver con la novia como que ya la había superado, pero Liman no le cree y lo cita a cenar con Luli, para recordar en presencia de ella su relación del pasado, él acude con Luli y en el baño del restaurante se deja abrazar prolongadamente por Liman y le cuesta esfuerzo apartarla, despues que Luli los ve. Fíjate su mirada cuando va a verla al hospital la vez que Li Man le hace creer que su padre la había golpeado, parece como si quisiera abrazarla. Esa vez dejó su reunión de trabajo cuando Luli exponía el juego creado por ella para la inversionista. El aún no había superado esa pasión por su gran amor del pasado y por eso la lleva a su empresa, en lugar de romper de raíz su relación con la ex que fue más allá de una relación comercial. Esa situación lo tenía en vilo y maltrataba Luli por todo y por nada. Como si estorbara. Solo cuando su empleado le entregó la grabación de la noche en que Liman borró el juego de Luli, él fue capaz de romper esos lazos que lo tenía ligado a Liman.

Qué insulto, querer reparar semejante infamia, con suplementos. Cómo se nota que para el tipo, la dignidad, la integridad física, psicológica y emocional de su esposa no valen nada. Para él, esa esposa de papel, no merece una explicación clara, una disculpa sincera aunque esté herida y humillada. Total se trata de su intocable vida privada, y el contrato.....! El famoso contrato!, es más valioso para Yichen que el ser humano herido frente a él. Su vida privada (con Li Man) es tan sagrada que no le importó pisotear a esa mujer que solo ha sabido darle satisfacciones, atenciones y lealtad. Solo le ofrece suplementos. Es todo lo que puede dar este mezquino personaje? Xin Zhao Lin está demostrando la gran capacidad actoral que tiene al interpretar a este personaje, pero por favor que no siga despintando la hermosa imagen que tiene como guapo galán, desarrollando esos personajes tóxicos y destructivos. Es decepcionante.

Él era consciente que estaba triangulando con dos mujeres, porque cuando su madre le preguntó si Lu Li se estaba divorciando por causa de Li Man el asintió con su silencio y su madre le dijo que estaba andando con dos mujeres a la vez y cuando su padre casi lo golpea le dijo toda la compañía sabe que has montado con esa chica Li y le preguntó Así es como tratas a tu esposa? y él igualmente lo admitió poniendo su cara de culpable, recién se lo ve asumiendo su culpa esa noche después que Lu Li se fue.

So, this show is ultimately about lack of communication. He fails to communicate with Lu Li and she fails to communicate with him. At the end of the day he believes that him and Lu Li and simply in a contract relationship and that she has no feelings for him. From his point of view He is also not doing anything against his marriages as he is not sleeping with his ex or anything of that sort. He is simply helping her as a friend. Later he goes on the say that he is unsure and confused why she wants a divorce after all its just a contract Marriage she doesn't have feelings for him and doesn't believe the situation needed explaining. It isn't until he finds out that she had been in love with him for the last 5 years and wanted to marry him not because of her job but because she loved him that he realizes how badly he messed up. From Lu Li's situation has she explained what his ex was doing and potentially even how uncomfortable him being around his ex made her he may have stopped. But Lu Li never explains it she just keeps it to herself which is part of the reason he believed she didn't care about it. This show is just highlighting how important communication is in a relationship. From each others stand point with the information available neither believes they are in the wrong or incorrect.

El contrato decía que nadie debía enterarse de ese matrimonio, menos en la empresa, pero cuando Yichen vio que Yimin dialogaba con Lu Li él mismo violó el acuerdo llamándola Sra. Jian en presencia de Yimin para evitar mayor acercamiento entre este y Lu Li. Y cuando volvió Li Man, sin decirle nada a Lu Li la besó en su oficina, solo para querer hacerle creer a Li Man que ya la olvidó y no estuvo esperándola, total que Liman ni Lu Li, se lo creyeron. Pero cuando Lu Li le reprochó sus salidas con Li Man, él le recordó la parte del contrato en que ninguno puede interferir en la vida privada del otro y que su trato con Li Man es parte de su vida privada y su esposa no puede interrogarle. Al final le dijo que Lu Li no le avisó de su accidente porque él solo tiene ojos para Li Man. Entonces no es que él no sabía lo que estaba haciendo o que estaba lastimando a Lu Li, ella le hizo saber su molestia por su relación con Li Man más allá de lo laboral. Cuando él sin justificación alguna la removió de su cargo como responsable del juego que ella creó; por exigencia de Li Man, Lu Li le hizo saber su molestia y discutió con él. Cuando desapareció su juego de su servidor ella incriminar de frente a Li Man pero Yichen le exigió que se disculpe con Li Man porque esta se hizo la ofendida, entonces Lu Li le reclamó que para él solo Li Man es digna de su confianza y Lu Li que está todo el tiempo a tu lado es la que solo provoca problemas, entonces él se dio cuenta de su torpeza, pero ni se disculpó ni le explicó nada. Fue él quién no quería dar explicaciones porque para él Lu Li no era digna de exigirlas, su relación con Lu Li era de Jefe a empleada, él manda ella obedece sin chistar. Ella solo era esposa cuando debía guardarle a él el debido respeto, aunque solo estén casados en el papel, ella no debía interactuar con otros hombre colegas sobre todo con Yimin. Pero él era un hombre libre y podía hacer lo que quiera con su vida privada en especial con Li Man. Ahora el hecho que él no haya llegado a acostarse con Li Man no significa que él no haya sido infiel emocionalmente a su esposa porque se dedicaba a su novia con un total compromiso, la cuidaba la protegía la atendía personalmente la veía en privado cuantas veces ella lo requería y hay que ver como la miraba cuando estaban a solas. Y cuando se quemó el brazo como la atiende. Si solo era cuestión de tiempo que lleguen a la cama y Li Man que lo conocía muy bien, lo sabía. En cambio a Lu Li solo le prestaba atencion para reprocharle culparla, regañarla, gritarla ningunearla, acusarla y hasta humillarla enfrente de sus compañeros e incluso en presencia de la propia Li Man. Con ella se enojaba por todo y por nada. Que él piense que no existen sentimientos de por medio, no lo autoriza para abusar emocionalmente de ella y serle infiel estando formalmente casado. Más bien este drama es sobre relaciones tóxicas, violencia emocional y verbal y las consecuencias de tolerarla.
