Leadership isn’t just about delegating tasks, yes girl this needs to be said more often oh and tell that to my former piece of work manager Shawanda from Panera who used to just delegate tasks and dump new hires on me. It’s called lead by example and not just sit ya booty in the office.

Mrs Davidson had to go undercover, as it turned out that one of her subordinates was slacking off!!! Alex and his colleague Frank were doing equally well, but didn't expect to be tested!!!Tapping on his phone while acting as big shot was Frank's ego talking, he wasn't doing anything at all!!!! This was taking advantage of Alex, the perks and hoped to get away unnoticed. When they next head to the boardroom, the whole identity will be revealed!!! Soon, it will be Frank heading for the sacking while Alex heads for a promotion!!! It will be too late for apologies, say goodbye, Frank!!!!

This was in my opinion your worst video. The CEO wasn't undercover. That disguise was just terrible. Your videos are usually pretty good, but you dropped the ball on this one.
