ESteem was established in 2003, and 5 years from then is 2008. In 2008, there was a stock market crash that heavily affected the financial aspects of various businesses internationally. The fact that she was able to pull through such a crisis and grow to become such a large and influential company is very admirable.

CEO Kim is the tsundere type, that's why she was acting so tough. But her intentions was never bad. That's why she is the boss

Of course she doesnt want to be alone on her birthday and Christmas, but she's willing to sacrifice that because she doesnt want to pressure her employees, that's such a leader quality. Some bosses just demand attention and praise from their employees but not CEO Kim.

When she said she put up her house and car to sell just to pay her employees means she is a good boss. Usually people would just shut down and sell the business but she was willing to put her car and house up for sell to pay her employees.

i can't imagine how hurtful it is for CEO kim, to have her car and house put up for sale so she can pay her employees, but said employees overlooked her favor and even reported her for late payment instead... people might say that she's cold and ruthless but i agree with what she said, you shouldn't get your feelings involved in bussiness. she learned it the hard way too... what an inspiration🥺🥺

I understand and honour the reason why she doesn’t want birthday parties but i’m glad she’s able to enjoy them regardless. Also glad that the employees tried to make it minimal as well ❤️

i cant get enough of her. absulutely outstanding boss, soft and stern at the same time. get your employees tear up like that is not easy. they must indeed love n admire her, it's def not just acting for the sake of this show.

I get where the CEO is coming from, since she’s in charge of different groups she can’t show favor to one or else the other may get jealous and thoughts like unfair treatment and stuff might come to their mind. It was really sweet tho if all the different groups can get together and do this

shes honestly my role model now. she so tough and stern but at the same time lovable by her employees, that is a hard thing to do, because they see deep down inside she really is nice and care for them

I have so much words to defend how or why CEO Kim reacted that way to the surprise and how she is as a boss in general. I understand that the hosts reacted and gave comments for entertainment but they really have to consider CEO Kim’s feelings... she has incredible good intentions but some outsiders overlook it too much and interpret it as ungratefulness. She’s just the chic type... Tsundere if you will but i love this Boss so much <3

I like CEO Kim, somtime, she acts tough, strong to her employes, but she has warm heart to them. And I like her employes, all of them work sincerely, honest. They are all did well and good job. Its way esteem become the 1st model agency.. I feel excited to wacth them than drama.. ^_^

I just love her, she deserves to be a role model for every girl. I, myself started to have goals after watching her, she's not just a boss but also a wonderful and a kind woman, I hope she can read these messages to know how great of a woman she became, I'm just proud of her.
