Clearly better is a subjective term here, but there are currently people on tictoc making thousands in hours saying 'ice cream so good'. Marvel infinite outsold UMVC3 on it's release too. RTW / RayTheWarrior is a very good active western Dizzy player, you can see him earlier in this bracket though he didn’t make top 8 this time. And Dizzy is very strong, high tier but not quite top tier. Also got Kazuki and Ruki - extremely good active Japanese Dizzy players, but they dont show up in western tournaments.

That was before season 3. Now? It's still up to debate though in my opinion, it's still lack something. If Strive decided to bring back Instant Kills and DI Sol (not the boring super one) then Strive would be 10x better than Xrd.
