Cheering for top tier characters is not hype. When you watch Peppery's pressure it's so frustrating... as a spectator just doesn't even matter how good the ability of the player is, it just looks lame and boring like it's not an even & fair fight (which it isn't because it's a top tier character).

@@Faelitu it is fair, both players have access to the same characters and the top tiers aren't as broken as you are making them out to be. And even if the top tiers were broken to the point of making the game unfair picking those characters wouldn't be wrong, competing using the characters that don't work competitively would be wrong. I agree that most of the time is more fun to root for the low tiers but saying that it isn't a fair fight is just exagerated and even condescending to the players not playing top tiers

@@rachetmarvel931the biggest differences between strive and older gen gg just come down to less character specific bullshit, reduced verticality and more grounded gameplay
