I've lived with Dilantin induced Cerebellum damage for nearly 30 year. I've had a fair amount of the symptoms mentioned at least those pertaining to Cerebellum damage.

I’d like to know if ataxia resulting from a viral infection is progressive? And is there any medication that can improve the condition?
@SotonbrainhubUk1
@SotonbrainhubUk1 8 ай бұрын
It would depend on the infection, but in most cases a full recovery would be expected from viral ataxia. Some fine motor skills may take time to return fully. Instead of meds it would be more about avoiding triggers.

Probably the/some kind of Tremor radiating through the body. Remember it's a "loss/lack of coordination disease/disorder." Can /do you have enough stability to exercise?

examine the shape of her skull and body. They should be the same size left and right. look at the back of her skull near where it meets the neck. check for any noticeable differences.

also, teach child to use non dominant hand to feed self. (increases blood flow to that side of brain and activates more neurotransmitters.
