Masterpieces of Painting is my personal tribute to great painters and their works. For the most famous ones, usually presented in the 500-page canonical edition of the History of Art. But also for those less known, for whom I extended the history of painting to 2,500 pages. It is only against such a broad background that the mysterious genius of the most valued can be seen.
