Watching you draw wings has helped me improve my own wings.

I’m sure there’s a 4 year old comment of me somewhere around here, but this is still one of my favorite speedpaints The techniques used, amazing and fitting songs were picked, the final product, just _chefs kiss_

I THINK I KNOW WHY EVERY ONE LIKE'S LUNA MORE BECAUSE SHE HAS A GREAT BACK STORY AND SHE IS NOT PERFECT LIKE THE OTHER PRINCESSES LIKE SHE IS POWERFUL BUT NOT EVERY ONE LOVED HER BUT THE OTHER PRINCESSES, EVERY ONE LIVED THEM AND LUNA HAS A GOOD PERSONALITY IT'S NOT PERFECT LIKE SHE HAD DEPRESSION AND SHE IS ALWAYS TRYING TO FORGIVE HER SELF FOR WHAT SHE DID TO EVERY ONE WOOOOOOW MY BRAIN HEARTS AMAZING SPEED PAINT^^

Even after six years still one of the best Luna Speedpaints. it captures their two columns and their two personalities so perfectly. and also the fear of nightmare.

I really do hope I can be a great artist like you. The ears, the wings, the shading. Right now I'm just a potato..

Oh i remember how i was watching a lot of mlp speedpaints... So nostalgic. This i remember so clearly! I rewatched it so many times, i even remember order of the songs omg....

I have been watching your videos since around the same time this video was posted, around a year now, and I just have to say that you are absolutely fantastic! When I first found your videos, I believed that I wasn't good at drawing and was starting to give up even trying, but then I watched this and many other speedpaints that you had at the time and they inspired me to continue drawing. I now can say that I have improved greatly and now inspire other to continue drawing as you did to me. Your style is so beautiful and it always amazes me. At times when I am just sitting, bored, I will turn on one of your videos (usually this one cause it's my favorite). You are truly an inspiration and I know I am rambling but I just had to say something. I hope that you look at this comment just so you know how amazing you are.

Love this drawing! You made the moons perfect for each character. I Love the cresent moon for filly luna, shows that it's not filled fully so it shows it will get brighter and better :) I love the full moon for luna. Shows she has more power and glows brighter with elegance and class. And the eclipse moon with Nightmare Moon. Shows the darker side of the moon. ^-^ Overall really well done!!

I never knew the pen tool could be that useful, I always switch between Sai and cs6 Do you do the feathers on seporate layers or how did you do it? I'm gonna have to try that out because it's useful for shading.

I actually like the nighttime better then daytime because at night you can see blazing stars and the moon. In the day all you see it a bunch of clouds and you can't see the sun.
