Ipo njan അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന വേദന. സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ തന്നെ doctors maari maari കാണിച്ചു..രണ്ട് ആഴ്ച ആയി തീരെ ഉറങ്ങാൻ pattathayitt.. അത്ര clear aayitt sir ee അസുഖത്തെ കുറിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞ് തന്നു. Thanks... Two days aayitt vedana kurach കുറവുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല

9 വർഷമായി തുടങ്ങീട്ടു dr e കാണുമ്പോ കുറച്ച് മാറ്റം കാണും... എത്ര dr നെ കണ്ടു എന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഓർമയില്ല. ഈ പറഞ്ഞ തരിപ്പ് ഷോക്ക് വേദന എല്ലാം ഉണ്ട്. കുറച്ചു ജോലികൾ കൂടുതൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോ ആണ് വേദന കൂടുന്നത്...

കൈ മുകളിലേക്ക് ഉയർത്തി എന്തെങ്കിലും ജോലി ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ കഴുത്ത് shoulder വേദന ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു. ഒരു ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ മാറും.

പ്രവാസ ജീവിതത്തിനിടക്ക് വേദന കൂടി 2016 ൽ നാട്ടിൽ വന്നു MRI ചെയ്തു പിന്നീട് weight ഇട്ടു 8 days കിടന്നു...പിന്നെ 3 മാസം മരുന്നിൽ നല്ല Relief കിട്ടി..ഇപ്പോൾ നാട്ടിൽ system continuous use കാരണം വീണ്ടും തുടങ്ങി.. രാത്രിയാവുമ്പോൾ വേദന കൂടുന്നു... ഉറങ്ങുന്നത് ആലോചിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ നേരം വെളുപ്പിക്കുന്നത് ആലോചിച്ചു പേടിയാണ്😢
